I have completed installation of most of the panels. I t has gone very well. I do have an issue with one of the panels that was damaged in shipment. I had sent an email last week, but I believe you prefer to be notified through my PES site. The following is the info I had sent:
” The tube the enclosures were sent in was damaged. I annotated it with the driver and he put me in touch with the shipping company, and they provided the claim number. I was recently able to remove the curtains and inspect them. One of the smaller side curtains was damaged on the canvas. it appeared that damage was caused by pressure from the outside of the canvas against something metal on the other side of the canvas. I am not sure if it can be repaired or have to be replaced.
I have attached pictures of the container and the damaged curtain.
Please advise on how to proceed.
