Cartons were delivered damaged. The ODU driver was very concerned and required that we open them immediately to document condition. We did not discover any damage at that time because the curtains were still in their plastic sleeves. Upon installing them we discovered one had a forklift tear near the top where a fork penetrated the box even through it specifically stated not to use a forklift on the box. We temporarily repaired it with gorilla tape but will be filing an insurance claim on the item or at minimum a claim to have a new one sent out. Also, we discovered a problem with the entry door that was designed. The design did not account for exterior installation because the walk at the door has handrails. This was disclosed during my joint measurement session, and in multiple photos. It seems we may have to install that panel on the inside wall, but the fabric may look different from the other exterior installed panels. Once we have the final 4 panels in place we will be able to see if the door actually fits the space it was designed for. I am very satisfied with the undamaged product. The 10 panels we have installed have fit well and seem very durable. I will send pictures of the damage and the issue with the entry after we have the entry installed.
